To be added. Above funds availability is based on a profitable prior SIT Tournament, if in Jan. the new BOD and Officers by a 2/3 vote of all BOD/Officer members by proxy or in presences, deem it financially impractical and imprudent to fund the upcoming Classic, they can vote to reduce the amount. This would be a one-time reduction, falling back to the above $5000 the following year. This should be an extreme situation and a published report to the Web Site, how and why and who voted for what to be published. General membership discussion prior to a vote would be prudent.
