From Hill Country Inn in Marble Falls go-south on US 281 over the bridge, once across bridge turn an immediate right onto FM 2147, go 4.2 miles and turn right onto S Wirtz Dam Rd,  in .2 miles, turn left and you will drive straight into Lake LBJ Marina. This is the best public ramp on the lake that I have used and it has good parking and the lighting is not bad. There is a $10.00 per day ramp fee.

If you want to put in in Kingsland, go- from Hill Country Inn--South on US 281 toward 11th St and take the second right onto FM 1431, it will take you to the West over to Kingsland which will be appx 12.4 miles. Turn left off of 1431 onto Euel Moore Dr (there is an Edward Jones office at the corner) and go to Williams Street and turn left (you will see a sign there that says Kingsland Community Park)  a very short distance down Williams you will dead end into the ramp. It is a fair ramp but not much parking.

There are numerous other ramp on the lake several in the Highland Haven , Granite Shoals area but they are hard to find and many are small or private. I believe the Lake LBJ Marina ramp is the best, close to the hotel and town etc.
